Institutional Rebrands at the Press
As Graphics & Communications Officer, led three client rebranding projects from brief to final output — and rebuilt how the Press presented its services to clients and the wider university community.

The Press served both internal university departments and external clients, but its communication materials were inconsistent and dated. Clients struggled to understand what the Press could do, and three external organisations needed full rebrands on tight production timelines.
I treated each rebrand as a conversation, not a template. Starting from the client's goals, I worked through identity, marketing collateral and event materials as one coherent system — then standardised how the Press itself pitched and delivered, so quality stopped depending on who picked up the job.
All three rebrands shipped on time and to standard, with positive client feedback. Communication materials produced during the role received direct commendation from institutional stakeholders for professionalism and visual quality.
- Ran discovery sessions with each client to understand audience and goals.
- Developed logo, colour and type systems with production constraints in mind.
- Designed flyers, brochures, banners and event signage as one family.
- Managed the print and production pipeline end-to-end to protect quality.
- Documented a repeatable intake-to-delivery process for the team.
